Use:
Lemongrass is as bright in spirit as it is in flavor. Traditionally used in both Ayurvedic and folk herbalism, it helps restore balance to the digestive and nervous systems while offering a clean, refreshing lift to the senses.
It makes a beautiful tea on its own or pairs wonderfully with herbs like ginger, tulsi, and butterfly pea flower. In aromatherapy and skincare, lemongrass is prized for its purifying and toning qualities, helping to awaken both skin and spirit.
Our Herbalist Notes:
The scent of lemongrass always reminds me of clarity, it has this way of cutting through mental fog and energizing the space around it. We love using it in blends when we want to brighten the mood or bring freshness to a formula. It’s also one of my favorite distillations to make in summer, the aroma fills the workspace with light, clean energy.
Safety:
Generally safe for most adults. May cause mild skin sensitivity in concentrated essential oil form. Avoid in large internal doses during pregnancy.
