We use GMO-free, organic and biodynamically farmed cane spirits distilled in Oregon. We love cane as it’s gluten free and a lot more sustainable to farm than the other sources for classic spirits.

We offer free shipping for US domestic orders over $99.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your package is ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there are any unexpected delays, you’ll receive an email update from us so you're always in the loop.

During peak holiday season, fulfillment time may take 5-7 business days.

For health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our small-batch, handcrafted herbal products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the integrity, safety, and freshness of every item we send out.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you experience any issues with your order—such as a product arriving damaged, incorrect, or not meeting expectations—please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at info@botehapothecary.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (including missing apartment numbers) will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for additional shipping and handling fees to resend the package.

If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
